摘要
对武钢自制冷轧工作辊在使用中出现的质量问题进行了分析 ,认为辊坯存在原始质量缺陷并提出改进的工艺措施。使用证明 :改进后的冷轧工作辊质量良好 ,轧机使用完全正常 ,辊耗降低 ,经济效益显著。
The quality problem of the self-made cold working roll that appeared in the rolling process was analyzed,and a technical measurement was proposed to improve the original quality fault in the roll stock.The results showed that the improved cold working roll was good in quality and normal in use,the roll consumption reduced and the economic benefits was excellent. [
