摘要
在三台县西坪镇及拦河乡两地同时对花生做了接种VA菌根及花生根瘤菌以及双接种的试验,结果表明,接种VA茵根及根瘤菌以及双接种的处理,对花生的结荚数、饱果率、百果重、干物重积累以及有效结瘤数等诸多性状,都有明显的促进作用,最终表现出增产增收,各处理分别比对照增产15.6%、10.86%和20.6%,在这三种处理,以双接种的效果最好。
Two experiments located in Mianyang hill country were conducted under field conditon in 1991 to determine the effect of inoculating Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorhizas and peanut Rhizobium to peanut. It was showed that the characters of peanut including number of pods per plant, setting percentage, dry weight per pod, accumlation of dry matter and number of arailable crown galls per plant were distinctly influenced and the gield per unit area of peanut was significantly increased by inoculating Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorhizas or peanut Rhizobium when the peanut wasseeded. But the best result emerged when both Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorhizas and Peanut Rhizobium were inoculated.
