摘要
通过对河南省农村中学英语教师的基本情况的调查数据及教学现状的评价数据的统计分析,全面客观地反映出目前我省农村外语教师队伍的整体结构和教育教学的现状,构建适时合理的继续教育培养模式和课程设置。
The aim of the article is to reflect the whole structure of English teachers objectively and present teaching situation in rural area of Henan province in accordance with the investigation and evaluation data in order to make up suitable training mode and reasonable curricular settings of further education.
