摘要
根据相似性原理,把团队当作社会大背景中的一个系统,利用热力学中对系统分析的思想和理论,对团队绩效或团队能力进行了广义的分析。建立了团队绩效的分析生态学模型,指出了获取团队最大绩效的方向。
Based on the comparability principle and the work team being regarded as a system in societal background, the performance and ability of the work team are generally analyzed with the exergy analytical thought and theory in thermal dynamics. The exergy analytical ecological model of the performance of the work team is established. The direction to get the maximal work team performance is indicated.
