高校财务管理模式探究

On Finance Management Mode in Colleges

通过对高校后勤社会化改革的分析,借鉴各地社会化改革试点的经验,按照 “产权明晰、权责分明、政企分开、管理科学”的原则,为建立科学规范的财务管理新体制并保证改革的顺利进行,提出了个人的见解。

Through analysis of colleges logistic socialization reform and taking others experience as reference, according to principles of clear property right, clear authority and responsibility, government and enterprise separation and scientific management, some opinions is put out in the paper to set up a scientific and normative financial management system and ensure reform success.
