摘要
我们应用上海生物制品研究所生产的Fn抗血清及参考血清,建立了人血浆Fn免疫比浊法测定;并对其方法学性能作了初步评价。本法出结果快、操作简便。批内变异系数2.9％,批间变异系数4.8％,平均回收率103.8％。
The immunological turbidimetry assay of human serum Fn, using Fn anti-serum and reference serum was reported. Anappraisal was made in performing conditions and characteristics for the method.It is rapid, simple.Within-run CV was 2.9%. Between-run CV was 4.8%. The average recovery was 103.8%.
