For the idea level, it gives highly worship to religion and concludes that it is impossible and unnecessary to usurp the role of God. For the experience level, it points out that the human evil motivates the limitless desire for power in political affairs. For the system level, the govemment permits the citizens to demonstrate their ambitions, and laws and institution protect citizens from invading. This passive political idea takes the key role in the modem history and affects greatly the demoratic politics.
