阿霉素肾病大鼠巨噬细胞CSF-1受体基因的表达

摘要 为了了解肾病综合征时巨噬细胞的功能状态,本文采用打点杂交的方法,研究了阿霉素肾病大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的CSF-1受体(CSF-1R)特异性mRNA的表达。结果表明,在未经γ-干扰素刺激时,正常大鼠及肾病大鼠的巨噬细胞均无CSF-1R基因表达;当经γ-干扰素刺激后,肾病大鼠的巨噬细胞产生CSF-1R特异性m-RNA的量明显低于正常大鼠(P<0.05)。本文结果表明,巨噬细胞功能下降可能是肾病综合征时免疫功能低下的又一重要原因。 In order to intvestigate the function of macrophage in nephrotic syndrome (NS), the expression of specific mRNA of macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor (CSF-1 R) from peritonic macrophage in adriamycin nephrosis of rats was studied, by means of dot hybridization analysis. The results showed that no specific mRNA of CSF-1 R was noted without stimulation of reconbinant y-interferon oth normal and nepbrotic rats. When stimulated by γ-interferon, the macrophages bfrom nephrotic rats produced less mRNA of CSF-1 R than that in normal rats (P< 0.05) . The results suggest that the fall of macrophage's function may be an other important cause of the lower immune function in NS.
