摘要
通过对速凝带钕铁硼母合金制备烧结钕铁硼永磁体后续工艺的研究,发现对速凝带进行900℃等温热处理,200℃和0.1MPa条件下氢破碎,可以有效地提高磁体的性能,改善退磁曲线的方形度。
The effect of strip cast alloys with different treated methods on sintere d NdFeB magnets properties is presented. The magnetic properties of sintered NdF eB magnets prepared by isothermal annealing strip cast alloys at about 900 ℃ an d hydrogen decrepitation (HD) at about 200 ℃, 0.1 MPa are apparently improved, meanwhile, demagnetization curve is more rectangled.
