摘要 褐藻糖胶是存在于褐藻中的硫酸酯多糖 ,具有多种生物活性。本文综述了褐藻糖胶的提取、纯化和分级等方面的研究工作。 Fucoidan is a sulfated polysaccharide from brown seaweed,which has a variety of biological activities.the studies on the extraction,purification and fraction of fucoidan are summarized.
