和营通气片的主要药效学研究

The Main Pharmacodynamic Study of Heyingtongqipian.

目的:探讨和营通气片的主要药效学。方法:用醋酸扭体法诱导小鼠疼痛模型;用二甲苯、鸡蛋清作致炎剂引起小鼠、大鼠炎症模型;皮下注射肾上腺素加冰水浸泡复制大鼠急性血瘀模型;用外力打击致家兔急性软组织挫伤模型。结果:和营通气片能显著减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的次数;减轻二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀及蛋清引起的大鼠足踝肿胀;改善急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性,并促进家兔急性软组织挫伤修复。结论:和营通气片具有镇痛、抗炎、改善血液流变性及活血化瘀作用。

Objective: To inquire into the main pharmacodynamics of Heyingtongqipian. Methods : The pain model of mice was induced by acetic acid writhing; the inflammation model of mice, rats were caused by inflammation causing agents of dimethylbenzene, albumen respectively; the acute hypostasis model of rats was induced by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and soak of iced water; the acute soft tissue bruise model of rabbits was caused by the strike of outside force. Results: The tablets was proved to decrease significantly the times of writhing of mice caused by acetic acid; to abate the auricular swelling of mice caused by dimethylbenzene and the feet swelling of rats caused by albumen; to improve the blood rheological property of rats of acute hypostasis model and promote the repair of the acute soft tissue bruise of rabbits. Conclusions: Heyingtongqipian have the effects of analgesia, anti - inflammation , improving the blood rheological property and can promote blood circulation by removing blood stasis.
