摘要
将轮移因子(TF)加入到1,6-二苯基-1,3,5-己三烯(DPH)探针标记的人血淋巴细胞中,测其在不同时间的荧光偏振度。发现加入TF后,淋巴细胞膜的偏振度在第1小时明显降低,即淋巴细胞膜流动性增强。此外,探讨了pH、TF浓度、时间及氯离子对膜流动性的干扰问题。本研究结果显示:(1)膜流动性测定可作为TF作用于淋巴细胞的早期反应指标。(2)膜流动性的变化可能与TF信息传递有关。
Transfer Factor (TF) was added to the lymphocyte of human blood with labelled 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5- hexatriene (DPH) to determine its fluorescence polarization value at different times. It was found that the polarization of lymphocyte membrane was remarkably reduced at the first hour when TF was added,that is,the fluidity of lymphocyte membrane was increased. In addition,we dealt with questions of the pH,TF concentration,times and the interference with chloride ion on membrane fluidity. The results show that (l)The determination of membrane fluidity can be used as the first reaction index on lymphocytes. (2) The change of membrane fluidity may be related to the signal transference of TF.
