摘要 根据本院名老中医工作室建立的战略思考、组织构架和运作方式及取得的初步成绩 ,探讨当今高层次中医临床人才的培养模式。 This paper presents present-day training modes for high-level TCM clinicians on the basis of the strategic consideration, organization, operation and achievement in the establishment of the working group of senior famous doctors.
