金河水电站砂石骨料筛分系统设计

摘要 砂石混凝土系统在水电工程中占有十分重要的地位,直接关系到混凝土工程施工的成败与否。就其系统本身的规模和复杂程度而言,不但需要采用先进的技术、合理的工艺和可靠的设备做基础,还必须十分重视系统的安装工作的质量;正式生产前还要有一个掌握技术、熟练操作的试生产过程。介绍了金河水电站砂石筛分系统的设计,对类似工程具有一定的借鉴作用。 Sand gravel aggregates and concrete production system is very important to concrete works in a hydropower project.For its size and complexity,not only advanced technology,sound technological process and reliable equipment are needed, but also much attention are paid to system installation quality.Test run must be carried out before so as to master techniques and conduct skillful operation.Design of screening system for sand and gravel aggregates at Jinhe hydropower station is presented here to give reference to similar projects.
