摘要
CELL生产方式是为了适应顾客的多元化需求而在PC装配行业中诞生的一种新的(多品种小批量的)生产方式。本文从工业工程(IE)的角度出发,说明CELL生产线方式与传统流水线生产方式相比较的优点及IE在CELL生产中的应用。
Emerging from PC industry, CELL mode of production is a kind of new mode of production to meet the
customer's pluralism demand. Proceed from angle of the Industrial Engineering (IE), state the merit that cell
production line compare with that of traditional assembly line, and the appllication of IE to CELL production.
