目的 探讨应用显微外科技术修复四肢大面积皮肤缺损的方法。方法 采用胸脐皮瓣游离移植 ,修复四肢严重创伤所致的大面积皮肤软组织缺损、肌腱及骨质缺损或外露 7例。结果 移植皮瓣全部成活 ,经 3个月 - 1年随访 ,皮瓣成活良好 ,修复的肢体均恢复了功能。

Objectives Introducing the way of dissociating transplanting the skin flap of chest and navel to repair large area defect of skin on limb applies the microsurgery technique.Methods Dissociating and transplanting the skin flap of chest and navel to repair large area defect of soft tissue, defect or expose of tendon and bone causing by serious wounded of limb with 7 examples.Results The skin flap by transplanting all survived. By followed up through three months to one year, the skin and limb all recovered. Conclusions It's a good method to repair large area defect of skin on limb by dissociating and transplanting the skin flap of chest and navel.
