常温心脏不停跳下小儿心内直视术对心肌的保护作用

Open heart surgery with beating heart with normal temperature in 53 cases

目的 评价体外循环常温不停跳下心内直视术对小儿心肌的保护作用。方法 分析 1990年 9月 -2 0 0 2年 12月 ,我院 5 3例应用此法手术的小儿先天性心脏病病例。全组男 38例 ,女 15例 ,平均年龄 (4.2 6± 1.31)岁 ,平均体重 (16 .81± 3.70 )kg。病种主要为房、室间隔缺损。结果 全组无死亡。 2例出现肺部感染 ,5例出现血红蛋白尿 ,无低心输出量综合征。随访 2 - 2 8个月 ,恢复良好。结论 体外循环常温心脏不停跳下心内直视术用于小儿先天性心脏病矫治疗 ,心肌保护安全有效 。

Objectives To evaluate the influence of open heart surgery with beating heart in extracorporeal circulation on pedomyocardium.Methods To analyze the 53 cases with this surgery who suffered from congenital heart disease from september 1990 to december 2002.38 males and 15 female share this group.Average age(4.26±1.30) years old,average weight(16.81±3.70)kg.Disease is mainly ventricular sepal defect.Results They are zero mortality,2 cases with pulmonary infectin,5 cases with hemoglobinuria,and no low output syndrome.All cases recover well with follow-up 2 to 28 months.Conclusions The open heart surgery with beating heart in extracorporeal circulation with normal temperature is used to cure the congenital heart disease.It is safe and effective for myocardial protection.
