摘要
提出了基于直流潮流分布因子的区域电网之间双边交易最大交易量的快速计算方法。该方法考虑了线路热稳定、区域间联络线割集潮流的动稳定约束和计及“N-1斁蔡踩际8梅椒墒视糜谇蚰诤颓蚣涞慵缘慵淖畲蠼灰琢康募扑恪EEE 30节点系统的计算结果验证了该方法的快速性与有效性。
For the multirigional electricity market which will be soon actualized in China, a practical and fast method, which is based on the DC power flow linear distribution factors, to calculate the maximum transaction volume between two regions in a multiregional power system is presented. Considering the thermal stability of transmission lines and the dynamic stability constraint for cut set power flow of tie-line between regions as well as the N-1 static security constraint, this method can be applied to the calculation of maximum transaction volume between two bus sets in a same region as well as that between two bus sets in two different regions. The calculation results for IEEE-30 bus system show that the presented method is fast and effective.
