摘要
简要介绍了控制性能标准(CPS)的基本原理,分析了上海电网CPS软件的结构、功能和技术特点。采用客户机/服务器体系结构构成实时信息系统,采用浏览器/服务器体系结构构成控制性能标准考核信息的发布系统。运用串口通信、局域网和广域网技术进行实时数据的采集和传输,用商用数据库系统进行历史数据存储,系统采用GPS对时,考虑带优先级的多数据源在线切换,并采用双机热备用冗余机制保证系统的可靠性。在此基础上,结合上海电网控制区域的具体特点,研究了影响CPS的因素和相应的控制策略,并进行了CPS典型历史数据分析。
The principle of Control Performance Standard (CPS) is briefly described and the architecture, functions and features of CPS software for Shanghai power system are presented. The real-time information system is constructed by Client/Server infrastructure and the assessment publication system of CPS is composed by Browser/Server infrastructure. The acquisition and transmission of real-time data is carried out by serial communication, LAN and WAN technology, the commercial database is used to store the historical data, the GPS timing is adopted, the on-line multi-source data switching with priority are applied to this system and the reliability of this system is ensured by double-on-line-machine redundancy scheme. On this basis and considering the practical features in Shanghai control area, the factors influencing the CPS and corresponding control strategy are researched and the analysis of typical historical data of the CPS is performed.
