铁路货车轮对参数自动检测系统

摘要 介绍一种自动测量铁路货车轮对参数并实现计算机自动化管理的新系统。该系统采用龙门架通过式结构,以工业控制计算机为核心,结合精密传感器、摄像机以及电动和气动控制技术,实现轮对的轮廓尺寸、轮对踏面擦伤和剥离等多个参数的动态在线测量;同时建立轮对计算机管理数据库,提高了工作效率和检测精度,为轮对检测的自动化提供了一种新方法。 A system for automatically detecting the wheelset of railway vehicle and realizing the computer management is presented. Many parameters such as the wheelset profile size, scrape and fall-outs of tread surface can be detected on line by this system which has adopted an industrial control computer, precise sensors, cameras and the advanced control techniques. A database has been established for computer management of wheelsets. The working efficiency and the detection precision have been promoted remarkably. Many problems such as lag, much error and tired working of the manual measuring method can be solved. This proposed system has provided a new method for automatically detecting wheelsets.
