The Control System of Constant Strain in Compound Product Line

本文以佛山某食品包装材料公司复合机生产线技术改造项目的成功实施,阐述该系统中关键部分—张力控制系统的实现;系统采用五台西门子6RA70直流调速器,通过西门子Profibus现场工业总线控制网络,完成对直流调速器的控制及速度给定等,实现转速的双闭环控制;在此基础上,加入张力闭环调节,实现整个系统的恒张力控制。

The paper introduces a kind of compound product line of food wrapper in Foshan, describes the key part of strain controlling system. The system adopts five direct current regulator of SIEMENS 6RA70 series by use of SIEMENS Profibus industrial control net, achieves the function of controlling and speed-setting and realizes double close-loop of speed. At this base, we add the close-loop adjust of strain, realize the constant strain control of the whole system.
