错列翅片板翅式换热器传热性能数值研究 被引量:5

摘要 应用SIMPLE算法对错列翅片板翅式换热器换热表面的流动及传热进行数值模拟,根据数值模拟结果分析了几何参数对流动及传热的影响,研究表明此紧凑式换热器具有良好的换热特性。该研究进一步弄清其换热机理,这无疑极大地改进了错列翅片板翅式换热器的设计方法。 The SIMPLE algorithm is used to simulate the heat transfer characteristics of Offsetstripfin heat exchanger, the effect of number and arrangement of fins is analyzed. This numerical study is helpful to understand the internal mechanism of the operation of Offsetstripfin heat exchanger. It improves the design of this compact heat exchanger greatly.
