摘要
以甲醇-[乙酸-水(2%,V/V)]为流动相,用RP-TLC确定了1,1′-二烷基-乙酰基二茂铁RP-HPLC的分离条件.两系列同系物的RM、lgk′分别与两个茂环上烷基碳原子数及流动相中甲醇的含量成线性关系;在同类异构体中,对于相同碳数的烷基,支链烷基取代物的保留值小于直链烷基取代物;当两个茂环上烷基相同,取代位置不同时,β-异构体的保留值小于α-异构体,表明β-异构体比α-异构体极性大.
The separation conditions of RPHPLC for 1,1′dialkylacetylferrocenes were determined by means of RPTLC using methyl alcohol[acetic acidwater (2%, V/V)] as mobile phase. The linear relationships were found between the values of the RM,lgK′ of two series homolgs and the carbon number of substituted alkyl on the two Cp rings, and between the RM,lgK′ and the fraction of methyl alcohol in the mobile phase.When the carbon numbers of alkyl and substituted position on the two Cp rings were same,the retention values of branch chain alkyl isomers were lesser than that of straight chain.When alkyls on the two Cp rings was same,but substituted position was different,the retention values of βisomers were lesser than that of αisomers.It showed the polarity of the βisomers is stronger than that of αisomers.
