This article,taking Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture as an example,expands scattering rules of grass resources in the southern mountainous regions,analyzes the present situation of the development and utilization of the grass resources and the animal husbandry.Facing the speed-up of the global economy and the coming of knowledge economics times,the article further puts forward strategic measures of developing and utilizing grass resources and speeding up developing animal husbandry products.
