摘要
研究了2,3,4,5 四氟苯胺的制备工艺。以N 苯基四氟邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,酸式水解得到四氟邻苯二甲酸、经甲苯脱水生成四氟邻苯二甲酸酐、与氨水反应得到2 羧基四氟苯甲酰胺、再经霍夫曼降解及脱羧反应得到目标化合物2,3,4,5 四氟苯胺,总收率为43%。目标化合物结构经质谱和核磁验证。
Acidic hydrolysis of Nphenyltetraflurophthalimide produced tetrafluorophthalic acid(Ⅰ).Dehydration of Ⅰ with toluene gave tetrafluorophthalic anhydride(Ⅱ).Reaction of Ⅱ with NH4OH gave 2carboxyl3,4,5,6tetrafluorobenzamide(Ⅲ).The title compound was obtained via Hofmann degradation and decarboxylation of Ⅲ.The total yield of this procedure reached 43%.The title compound was identified by MS and NMR.
