掺膨胀剂混凝土膨胀的可靠性探讨 被引量:6

摘要 本文就掺膨胀剂混凝土膨胀的可靠性进行了探讨。认为许多因素 (如钙矾石结晶膨胀能的作功方式、熟料中C3A含量、水泥中SO3含量、掺合料数量等 )会对掺膨胀剂混凝土膨胀率产生波动 ,从而产生膨胀的可靠度下降。为此本文期望应有严格的掺膨胀剂混凝土的配制和施工规范 ,以确保混凝土的膨胀性能。 The expansion relaibilty of concrete added with expansive agent was studied in t his paper.Results indicated that expansion of concrete added with expansive agent was fluctuated by many factors such as the form of w ork done by expansive energy from ettringite crystallization,C\-3A content in clinker,SO\-3 in cement,cement type and additive content in concrete .Hence the expansion reliability was decreased.The results suggested that the standard of mix proportion design and construction for concrete with expansi v e agent may be improved in order to obtain the reliable expansion of concrete.
