摘要
本文通过对某重点大体积混凝土工程中 ,使用 40 % (450m2 /kg)的微矿粉后 ,内部温度达到 93 9℃的现象进行了研究 ,发现在大体积混凝土中由于水泥水化的热量积累效应 ,导致混凝土内部不断升温 ,升温会对微矿粉产生加速水化作用 ,进而引发微矿粉自催化效应 ;根据模拟试验及工程应用结果表明 ,传统水化热测量方法 (GB2 0 2 2 80 )与实际工程应用有一定差异 ,建议在大体积混凝土施工中 。
This paper study the heat of hydration of cem ent and micro-slag at the different temperature,according the phenomenon which a dding 40%(450kg/m 3) micro-slag the temperature of mass concrete come to 93 9 ℃.The result indicate that being the heat accumulated the temperature will rise higher in the mass concrete,and the higher temperature can lead self-catalyzed hydration of micro-slag,so the temperature rises again.According the simulated experiment,it also indicates that the method of traditional measuring the heat of hydration(GB2022-80) has certain difference with the practical engineering,a nd advice we must carefully use the higher active mineral material according the result of experiment in the mass concrete.
