消痔锭质量标准的实验研究

目的 :对消痔锭中五味子、黄柏进行定性研究。方法 :采用薄层层析法对五倍子、黄柏进行定性研究 ,应用络合量法测定消痔锭中总鞣质含量。结果 :该定性鉴别方法选择性高 ,专属性强 ,方法简便 ,快速 ,准确。结论 :可作为消痔锭的鞣质含量测定方法。

Objective: TLC was used to make qualitative study of Fructus Schisandrae and Cortex Phellodendri in this pastille, and complexiometry used to determine the tannic content. It revealed that qualitative identification offers more choices, and is more specific, simple, swift, and accurate.
