宝钢 2 0 5 0热轧机组于 1 989年投产至今已使用十多年。由于该机组的自动化系统存在诸多问题 ,宝钢决定分阶段对该系统进行改造 ,2 0 0 0年下半年先行开始启动粗轧区基础自动化系统改造。新系统采用了西门子公司SIMATICTDC硬件系统和他们新开发的SIROLL 2这一热轧专用的软件结构 ,画面操作显示采用WINCC。系统还采用了一系列的新技术、新功能、新控制思想 ,如采用 5块板坯跟踪来取代原来的 3块板坯跟踪 ;将原系统基于地点的跟踪方法改为基于行程计算的精确材料跟踪方式 ;新增了梯形坯控制功能 ;新增了模拟轧钢功能等。新的粗轧基础自动化系统已于 2 0 0
Baosteel 2050mm hot rolling unit has been put in use for over 10 years since 1989.Because the automation system of this hot rolling mill had a series of problems,Baosteel decided to revamp this system in stages.In the second half of the year 2000,the roughing mill basic automation system revamping project started first.The new basic automation takes SIMATIC TDC of SIEMENS as its new hardware system,and SIROLL 2(special for hot rolling mill control) as its new application software structure.The operation and picture display is of SIEMENS WIN CC system.A series of new techniques,new functions and new ideas about controlling are adopted in this basic automation system.For example,the original system tracked 3 slabs one time and the new one can track 5 slabs.The original material tracking method which was based on the position has been replaced by the exact stroke calculation.Besides,the function of the tapered slab control,the function of ghost rolling were added to the system.The new roughing mill automation system had been put into use by the end of 2002.
