摘要
借助金相显微镜和电子探针波谱仪对N80隔热油管接箍外表面局部腐蚀穿孔进行失效检测分析 ,隔热油管接箍表面发生CO2 或O、S、Cl- 等综合作用下的加速腐蚀与环境介质、隔热油管接箍中间部位结构和环境高温形成空泡腐蚀等因素有关。
The failure detection analysis of partial corrosion on surface of N80 heat insulation oil pipe coupling has been done by means of metallurgical microscope and SEM.Corrosion is accelerated by CO 2 or O,S,Cl - etc.on surface of the coupling.The cavitation corrosion is formed with the factors,such as environment media,structure in the middle part of couplings and temperature (about 80~160℃) surrounding the couplings.
