摘要
通过实验对磁粒光整加工中的关键部件———磁极的形状做了较全面的分析 ,得到了适合磁粒研磨的最佳磁极形状 ,解决了在磁粒研磨中经常出现的“磁滞”现象 ,从而提高了加工效率 ,改善了工件质量 ,同时也延长了磁极的使用寿命 。
The influence of the shape of magnetic pole on the machining efficiency and the quality, which is the key technique of magnetic abrasive finishing (MAF) has been analyzed fully by the experiment. The result indicate that cutting rectangle groove on the surface of magnetic pole can effectively improve the machining capability than other grooves, and when the ratio of the width of groove and tooth is 1:1,the machining capability will be get to best state.
