摘要
介绍一种高精度热电偶温度变送器的设计原理及制作工艺。重点介绍了参比端温度补偿技术 ,其参比端补偿精度 <0 1℃ ,测量精度达到 0 1%。还阐述了为保证温度变送器的精度所采取的工艺方法。
The design principle and fabrication technique of a high precise thermocouple temperature transmitter are introduced. The temperature compensation technology at reference end is presented emphatically, the accuracy of compensation is less than 0 1 degree C and the accuracy of measurement is up to 0 1%.In addition, the method of ensuring the accuracy of the transmitter is also described.
