摘要
利用ICP AES测定了海南岛三亚湾滨珊瑚(Porites)骨骼生长带1978~1999年Cr、Zn、Cd、Cu、Pb的质量分数。结果表明,珊瑚骨骼内重金属平均质量分数顺序为:Cu>Zn>Pb>Cd>Cr,重金属的富集系数顺序为:Cd>Pb>Cu>Cr>Zn。1978~1988间,珊瑚骨骼重金属质量分数相对稳定,此后除Cr逐年减少外,Zn、Cd、Cu、Pb增加,尤以1995年以来的增加幅度显著。珊瑚骨骼重金属质量分数反映了表层海水重金属浓度的变化,表明90年代中后期以来三亚湾海区海水重金属污染有明显恶化的趋势。
Heavy metals (Cr, Zn, Cd, Cu, Pb) in skeleton bands of Porites during 1978~1999, which had been sampled in Sanya Bay, Hannan Island, were determined by ICPAES. The average contents of heavy metals in coral skeleton follow: Cu>Zn>Pb>Cd>Cr, and the enrichment coefficients of heavy metals follow: Cd>Pb>Cu>Cr>Zn. The contents have kept steady since 1978~1988, and Zn?Cd?Cu?Pb have increased and Cr has decreased since then. The contents of Zn?Cd?Cu?Pb have increased rapidly since 1995. The contents of the heavy metals in coral skeleton reveal the concentrations of heavy metals in surface sea water and indicate that heavy metal pollution of sea water in Sanya Bay tend to worsen evidently.
