摘要
介绍了石化企业在CIMS的建设中,实时过程数据的整合问题及其解决方法。针对炼油厂的应用示例,阐述了原始数据整合在CIMS中实现物料平衡的必要性,分析了OpenYield DATAcon软件在数据整合中的机理过程和原理。
The paper briefly describes the reason that material balance should be taken in a refinery and the method used to reconcile the process data during implementation of CIMS project in petrochemical plant.And introduces the reconciliation mechanism of OpenYield/DATAcon too.
