分别在木制和白铁皮制的熏蒸柜中用臭氧处理黄曲霉毒素B1污染过的粮食 ,臭氧发生器通过气管与熏蒸柜相连 ,臭氧处理浓度 2 0~ 5 0ppm ,处理时间 1~ 9小时。粮食中的黄曲霉毒素B1采用免疫亲和柱法进行检测。研究结果表明 ,臭氧能有效地去除粮食中的黄曲霉毒素B1。用臭氧连续或间断处理低水分 (15 %以下 )粮 9小时 ,粮食中污染的黄曲霉毒素B1去除率可达 90 %以上 ;同一粮种 ,低水分粮食的去毒效果比高水分粮好 ;不同的粮种去毒效果有差异 ,对稻谷效果最好 ,其次是小麦和玉米 ;粮食中污染的黄曲霉毒素B1在臭氧处理的最初1~ 2小时去除速度最快 ,毒素含量可下降 80 %以上。对于低水分 (15 %以下 )粮 ,如果黄曲霉毒素B1含量在 10 0 ppb以内 ,经 2 0~ 5 0 ppm的臭氧处理 9小时后 ,其黄曲霉毒素B1含量就可降至 5 ppb以下。研究结果表明 ,臭氧处理法可以发展成为一种具有实际应用前景的去除粮食中污染的黄曲霉毒素B1的有效方法。
Cereal samples contaminated AFB 1 were treated with ozone in a wooden cabinet and a tinplate cabinet re-spectively.Ozone resource is from a set of ozone generator jointed to the cabinets through tubes.Samples were treated with ozone at 20~50ppm.AFB 1 in cereals were analyzed with VACAM mycotoxins test system.The results indicate that ozone can degrade AFB 1 in cereals efficaciously.The lower cereals moisture,the more AFB 1 reduces.To low moisture cereals(under 15%),the degraded rate of AFB 1 is over 90% by using ozone gas for 9 hours continuously or intermittently.If AFB 1 content in cereals is below 100ppb,ozone is at 20~50ppm for 9 hours,AFB 1 can be reduced to below 5ppb.Different varieties of cereals are different degraded rate of AFB 1;it is the most effective in rice.AFB 1 is degraded rapidly in the first 1~2 hours.AFB 1 content is reduced over 80% in 2 hours.The more studies will be done for applying ozone into degrading AFB 1 of cereal in practice.
