摘要
本研究利用微生物快速检测仪测定微生物的酶活性 ,快速检测粮食的微生物数量变化 ,监测储粮品质。结果表明 ,用该方法检测一个粮食样品的微生物含量只需 30分钟 ;用检测仪和平板菌落计数法分别检测灰绿曲霉、黄曲霉等危害储粮品质的霉菌数量 ,两种检测方法的测定结果相关系数R2 值最低为 0 .9796 ,这表明两种方法间有很好的线性相关性 ;同样的用两种方法监测小麦在模拟储藏过程中的微生物活动状况 ,其检测相关系数达 0 .995 ,属显著相关。
The method of fast detecting cereals microorganism was investigated by determining the enzyme activity with quick microoganism detector,which could monitor the quality of storage.The results showed that the method was convenient and shortcul.It spent only 30 minutes in detecting a cereal sample.The quantity of principal microorganism that do harm to cereals storage such as Asperigillus glaucus,Asperigillus flavus etc.was detected with the detector and conventional standard plate counts respectively.The minimum R 2 value of the linear regression is 0.9796.The results show that the two methods have a high linear correlativity.Microoganism activity in simulat stored wheat are monitored by the same two methods.The correlative factors is 0.995 and the correlation is prominent.
