论增加农民收入——对补偿性措施和发展性措施的探讨

Discussion on Increasing Peasants' Income

当前 ,农民增收问题已成为制约全面建设小康社会的关键因素。笔者立足于农民增收缓慢的现状 ,以中共十六大精神为指导 ,从补偿性措施和发展性措施两个方面提出解决上述问题的思路。

Nowadays,increasing peasants'income is crucial to build a well-off society. Based on poorly current situation of peasants,the author tried to work out the problem by putting forward compensating and developing measures,according to the report to the 16th national congress for the CPC.
