摘要 生产自动化是先进制造技术的研究方向 ,而可靠的数控程序是实现生产自动化的重要保证 ,针对当前数控仿真算法的不足 ,提出了基于体素的多坐标加工仿真 ,在精度要求范围内对工件和刀具进行近似表示 ,简化了布尔运算过程 ,从而在微机上实现了多坐标数控铣削过程仿真 ,并提高了仿真速度。 Automatic manufacturing is a research area of advanced manufacturing technology. A reliable NC programme is an important guarantee of realizing automatic manufacturing. Aiming at solving deficiency of current NC machining simulation arithmetic, the article proposes the simulation of multi-axis milling based on voxel model which approximately represents the part and the tool in the given precision range, thus simplifies boolean operation and realizes the simulation on PC along with accelerating simulation speed.
