一种任意二次曲线半径补偿新算法

摘要 提出了一种新的任意二次曲线半径补偿算法—加权补偿法 ,本算法用加权平均及权值修正技术 ,在插补过程中逐步地补偿刀具半径带来的偏移误差 ,解决了数控系统中非圆二次曲线必须靠分段近似来加工的难题。该算法很有实用价值 ,简单且快速。 A new algorithm of utter compensation, which is called “weighting method of compensation” for curve of the second order, has been developed. This algorithm employs weighting mean and modified weight to compensate the partial difference caused by radius of tools in process of interpolation step by step. The problem of that the non-circular parts with shape of the curve of the second order must be cut by piecewise way in CNC, has been solved. This method is valuable,simple and rapid.
