摘要
通过分析石材异型制品的几何形状特征 ,设计了组成石材异型制品异型面的基本图形元素 ,应用面向对象的技术方法开发了针对数控石材加工设备的图形编程系统 ,解决了各图形元素之间的连接关系判断以及图形、数据信息处理等问题 ,以图形编程方式快速准确的生成数控代码。
The paper analysed the geometric character of special-shaped stone products and developed a graphics-programming system for NC stone machining by means of object-oriented techniques. It mainly finished the object-oriented design of each graphic unit, solved the linking-relationship of each graphic unit and its data information processing. The system can transform stone graphic information to generate NC code quickly and accurately by means of graphics-programming.
