摘要
为了强化高炉冶炼,长钢炼铁厂3#、6#高炉在铁口中心线不变的情况下,开铁口机中心线与铁口中心线的夹角由原来的10°分别增大到13°和12.6°,改善了高炉炉缸的活跃程度,提高了高炉的技术经济指标。
To strengthen the melting of BF, It's said that by adjusting the angle between the center line of taphole and iron-notch tapper from original 10°to13°?12.6°, while keep the taphole center line without change, the activity of hearth was enhanced. This method has been practiced successfully in BF No3 and BF No6 in Iron-making Plant of Changzhi I&S (Group) Co., Ltd and has improved the technology and economy index of BF.
