摘要
采用亚白刚玉、矾土基尖晶石、电熔白刚玉、a-Al2O3、电熔镁砂为原料,金属微粉为添加剂,树指为结合剂,生产了机成型无碳不烧衬砖。结果表明:采用复合骨料,调整基质中尖晶石细粉含量,合理级配,制品具有高温抗折强度高、微膨胀、抗渣性强的特性,应用于210t钢包罐壁(渣线用镁炭砖),寿命90次以上,总运行时间10000min以上,效果良好。
The forming brick is developed using sub-white corundum,bauxite-bas ed spinel,electrofused white corundum,幔瑼l2O3,and electrofused magnesia as mai n materials,metal powder as additives, resin as binders.The results show that ap pling compound grains,adjusting the contents of spinel powder in the matrix and matching reasonable grainsize and powdersize,the brick is with the properties of good slag resistance,small expasion rate,high strength of MOR and is widely use d in 210 t ladle(MgO-C brick is only used in slagline),its working life is more than 90 times or 10 000 minutes.
