通过对焊接用钢ER70S-G的钢种特点的研究,得出浇注、吐丝温度以及冷却速度是提高ER70S-G内在质量关键。通过试制生产,提出相应的措施并获得良好的效果。

Studying the character of ER70S-G,we draw a conclusion:the casting、sp ining-temperature and colling rate is the key to improve the interal quality of EG70S-G one of welding steel.By production-test it set down the corresponding measure ,so as to turn out the better effect.
