回转窑密封的好坏,直接影响着回转窑热工制度的平衡和能耗的高低,本文对目前广泛使用在氧化铝及水泥行业的熟料烧成回转窑各种密封装置进行了分析和比较,针对我厂回转窑特点及密封现状,提出了改进措施和一种适合我厂回转窑的密封装置:复合柔性密封,它能很好地适应回转窑端部的复杂运动,耐磨耐高温,有效地消除了回转窑轴向、径向和环向间隙,实现了无间隙密封。

According to the characteristics and sealing condition of the rotary ki ln in our plant, This paper puts forward the improvement measures and one sealin g device suitable to our kiln: Complex flexible sealing. It can completely suit to the complicated movement at the end of rotary kiln, and it,s resistant to ab rasion high-temperature; it eliminates effectively the axial, radial and annula r clearance of rotary kiln, and it realized non-clearance sealing.
