摘要
介绍了脱包隔热衬板及喷补内衬工艺在长钢的应用。通过使用大包脱包隔热衬板,有效减轻工人拆包劳动强度,利于实现“低温快注”的连铸高效化要求;钢包内衬在使用至中、后期进行喷补维护,在延长包龄、适应全连铸快节奏生产需求的同时,降低了钢包内衬耐材消耗。
Introduces the application of remov able insulating plate and gunned lin ing in Chang-gang.After the application of remov able insulation plate,it is benefic ial to decrease the laboring intensity in removing the ladle and a ttain high efficient CC characteriz ed by“cryogenic fast -in-jection”.Meanwhile,gunned lining can reduce the refractory consumption on ladl e liner and prolong the life span of the ladle and adapt to the fast speed CC production.
