Teaching evaluation,the gist for the correction of ed ucation and teachi ng,is of vital importance for realizing the aim of personnel training.The paper discuses upon the educational and teaching evaluation system of'2+1'pattern implemented by HMEEC and stresses the importance of 'client-oriented'as leadin g status in the evaluation of educational and teaching quality.
