摘要
文章明确指出 ,“2 + 1”教育模式人才培养效果的评价 ,主要是“用户”———用人单位说了算 ,并按“用户”的评价标准进行评价。还把对毕业生的跟踪考察分为四个阶段 ,每个阶段考察的内容与目的各不相同 。
It pointed out the evaluation of the'2+1' education patter n effect of talent cultivation, which was mostly decided by employers and evalua ted by their standards. The paper offered four steps to investigate performance of graduates with different contents and goals, and designed relevant evaluation methods and forms.
