企业“大”与“强”的辩证法

企业的发展不仅受资源投入量的限制 ,同时也受时间、管理、技术等诸多因素的影响。一个企业的规模“大”但不一定“强” ,要实现由“大”到“强” ,就应该在加大投入的同时 ,不断地进行技术创新、制度创新、管理创新 ,减少影响“规模不经济”的因素 ,在把企业做“大”的同时 ,把企业做“强”。

Corporation development is affected by not only resou rc e's devotion quantity but also time, management,technology and so on. A corporat ion's scale is great, but isn't strong.To become strong,it should increase resou rce's devotion quantity, and adopt measures of technology innovation, system in novation, manage innovation and so on.Then the corporation is great and strong.
