回转式空气预热器改造技术的探讨

摘要 为解决电厂锅炉空气预热器漏风率过高的问题,提出了新的空气预热器改造方案,其技术关键是通过安装新的扇形板和轴向密封板,形成双密封;在转子轴的密封中增加迷宫密封等方法,使漏风率由30%下降到9%,保证了锅炉正常运行及运行的经济性。 Air preheater's high leakage is the main factor which affect boiler running safety and running economically. In the airpreheater retrofit of Jiangjin thermal power station, installed new-design sectorplate and axial sectorplate, became double sealing construction; Add labyrinthine sealing to main shaft, and so on, then the leakage of airpreheater was fall to 9% from 30%. The retrofit approaches were recited and the know-how of retrofit was discussed in this article.
