摘要
通过对恒功率变量泵的输出功率特性的分析研究,提出了利用单片机进行恒功率控制的基本原理和方法,并给出了实现方案。该系统可以有效地改善恒功率控制效果,减少原有恒功率控制存在的近似误差,适应工程机械中发动机与泵联合工作时发动机多功率模式的选择。
The output power characteristics of eternally fixed power variable-delivery pump is investigated. The single chip microcomputer control systerm of variable-delivery pump is proposed, and its realization plan is given. The result of eternally fixed power con-trol is improved by this control systerm . This system can efficiently improve the effects and reduce the approximate errors of eternally fixed power control and can be applied to the multi-power engine pattern in the application of engineering mechanism when engines cooperate with pumps.
